STEP 1 Initial Consultation
We
will have a no hassle free initial consultation. During this time your ideas will be
discussed, what do you want out of the project, life
style, special needs and a budget. We will then make suggestions to you, the
client, to help on the design and to improve overall functionality.
STEP 2 Contract Submission
We will present you with a written contract and at this time we will go over the final contract price, review the cost
of the project and resolve any concerns you the homeowner may have and adjust changes
that you may want to make.
Work begins once the contract is signed and permit is issued.
STEP 3 Construction Phase
In this phase, we begin building. Always one project at a time. Any changes during this phase must
have a change request completed to ensure you are informed of how
changes will impact both cost and scheduling.
STEP 4 Quality Review & Closure
Once the job is complete we will go over the entire project with you and assure you are completely satisfied with our work.
Should any problems arise from our work during our 1 year warranty, we will fix it at no cost.
